Job Description:
We're hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to
join our growing team. You will be planning appointments and final
walkthroughs. You'll also support the team by marketing the company
on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate
should be a great communicator who is driven and highly

Responsibilities:
--- Hours of operation for assistants are Monday through Friday
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
--- Prepare for all meetings at office including ensuring furniture
is moved and room is clean
--- Pick up food and drinks for meetings
--- Get mail from the mailman
--- Deposit checks in the bank and give receipts to broker
--- Run errands for broker as needed
--- Be available in case broker needs any further assistance
--- Participate in brokerage activities and help plan them
--- Write offers and Listing agreements for broker
--- Create at least two positive social media posts for broker, one
personal and one brokerage post per day
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Must be technology savvy
--- Will be provided with a laptop
--- Must know Google Docs
--- Must know showing time and MLS
--- Must be organized and friendly
--- Must have tough skin
--- Team player
--- MUST HAVE CELL PHONE
--- MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
--- Must have real estate license
--- Must know transaction desk
--- Must have working knowledge of writing offers and listing
agreements
--- Knowledge of creating positive social media posts for
broker
--- Professional dress for office
