Job Description Envision Physician Services is currently a seeking a CRNA to join our team in Kissimmee-10 Weeks off, No nights, No weekends, No holidays PLUS 100K Sign On Bonus! Highlights of the opportunity include: - 100K Sign on Bonus - Team consists of 2 Physicians and 5 CRNA/CAAs - 4 ORs 2 endo rooms - Cases consisting of General, GI, Orthopedic, Eyes and Podiatry - Monday – Friday schedule - 10 weeks off - iProcedures for electronic charting Envision Physician Services offers a great hourly rate plus company paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage!
