Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Position Overview We are seeking a
highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in
healthcare projects to lead the electrical design and execution of
complex hospital systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of electrical engineering principles, project
management experience, and a passion for improving healthcare
environments through innovative design solutions. Key
Responsibilities Lead the electrical design for healthcare
projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to
meet client expectations. Collaborate with architects, contractors,
and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated design
solutions. Conduct electrical system analysis and design using
software tools such as Revit and BIM. Perform site visits and
inspections to ensure quality control during construction phases.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications,
drawings, and reports for electrical systems. Provide mentorship
and guidance to junior engineers and project team members. Stay
updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in
healthcare electrical engineering. Qualifications Bachelor's degree
in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer
(PE) license is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in
electrical engineering, with a focus on healthcare and hospital
projects. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD,
and BIM. Strong understanding of LEED principles and sustainable
design practices. Excellent project management skills, with
experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with
