You must be efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. Qualifications and Duties include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances, including stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, and dryers Install and test new appliances Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and parts/inventory teams Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle (inside and out) Keep truck inventory accurate and up to date Complete all required paperwork and job documentation accurately Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive customer interactions Participate in on-call rotation (no overnight on-call required) Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Attend ongoing training to improve technical skills and knowledge Obtain and maintain relevant certifications (well help you with this, if needed) What We Offer: Company-supplied truck take it home at night No overnight on-call Competitive pay and performance incentives Paid holidays and vacation Supportive team and automated systems to set you up for success In-house training and development opportunities Experience: 3 years of appliance repair experience preferred Previous hands-on training or technical school is a plus Valid state drivers license required Must be punctual and able to follow a daily schedule with multiple service calls Strong communication skills able to explain issues and solutions clearly to customers The Big Task: You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential appliances, helping customers make informed decisions while delivering top-tier service. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift, no overnight on-call Pay: commission based with salary potential of $55,000 - $80,000 Benefits: Company truck Fuel card Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday with rotating weekends on-call Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
