Job Description:

This position requires an individual with proven management and cross-functional leadership experience along with a mastery level knowledge of wafer processing and manufacturing techniques. As a Sr. Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 20+ employees in a new wafer processing clean room currently under construction. The position will provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them as they develop new skills. Finally, this position will drive Key Performance Indicators to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards.

Essential Functions:

• Experienced in a wide array of wafer level processing and manufacturing techniques
• Accountable for performance of the cost, schedule, and technical requirements of assigned program deliverables
• Experienced in diverse fabrication process areas including: etch, deposition, lithography, wafer bonding and material selection
  • Proven track record in program management and technical team leadership
  • Experience in transitioning a product from a low Technical Readiness Level (TRL) through development and into production while applying formal documentation, configuration management and quality assuranc practices
  • Support manufacturing execution system (MES) software and support projects to automate and improve data collection methods. Qualifications:
    • BS in Process Engineering or Material Sciences with 12+ years of related experience
    • 5+ years experience running a production wafer fab
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor your messaging to your audience
    • Clearable to TS/SCI Preferred Additional Skills:
      • Existing SECRET/TS/SCI Clearance
