• Conduct intermittent visits in patient's homes
• Provide effective and efficient patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient's progressRequirements:
  • 1+ year experience working as an LPN
  • 1 year Home Healthcare Experience (as an LPN or other doing intermittent visits)
  • Current LPN license from the State of Florida
  • CPR Certification
  • IV Certified preferred
  • Covid Vaccine- Preferred
