CRNA needed near Taylor Creek, FL starting as soon as credentialed. NO CANIDATES WITHIN 50 MILES OF THE SITE TEMPS 30-40 DAYS WITH CLEAN FILE Reason for need: Coverage Length of need: Ongoing Average Time to Credential: 90 days Monday -Friday shifts, can do either 5 8's, or 4 10's Types of Cases: Case mix includes: Bread and butter, Gen Surg, Ortho, GI, GU, Gyn, and growing robotics Majority Case Type: Gen Surg, GI, GU No OB, No, Hearts, No Heads, No Neuro, No peds, No Pain, No Trauma MD - 80% supervision 20% doing own cases # of Operating Rooms: 2 ORs plus GI suite Life Support Requirements: ACLS, BLS Shift Times: 7am starts Must have ACTIVE FL License Board Certified Required Must have open Availability Clean Files Only/ No Background $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
