• Care team model; must be comfortable supervising CRNA s
• 3 Physician and 4 CRNA
• Call Position
• 4 OR s and 1 Procedure Room
• Cases include General, Orthopedics, GYN, Podiatry, and Endo. NO cardiac, OB, Peds, trauma, etc.
• 2022 Annual Case count approximately 3,500
