Relocation assistance Support provided for qualified candidates. Your Role as a Family Medicine Physician: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment in an outpatient setting. Work collaboratively within a care team model, including Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs. Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient management and streamlined workflows.
