Job Description Job Description Description: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC or LPCC) Compensation: 60% of Net Collections; paid bi-weekly ( Estimated annual earning potential of up to $70,000) Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full or Part-Time) Schedule: Build your own schedule between Monday-Friday Location: This is an in person role based out of Lake Mary, FL Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities to children, adolescents and adults Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 8–10 clients per day; minimum of 30 clients per week required Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5-7 clients per day; minimum of 20 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: 60% of Net Collections (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $70,000 depending on hours worked) Flexible schedule (set your own schedule & hours!) Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Requirements: Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC or LPCC in Florida Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice settings Licensed Therapist Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure outpatient clinical experience preferred About APG APG Health specializes in providing effective and efficient behavioral health care, psychiatric care and family counseling.
