Socially Significant ABA needs qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) This position is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA or supervisor. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Direct work with clients as assigned implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plan Work across multiple settings (home, school, clinic) Parent training Assist with individualized assessment procedures (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PT, DI, EFL etc), assist with social skills groups, or other program areas assigned Additional duties as assigned Education/Skills required: High school diploma or equivalent Be at least 18 years of age Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred Successfully complete a criminal background registry check at the time of application Complete a 40-hr training program preferred Pass the RBT exam delivered through the BACB & Maintain active RBT Certification status Experience with young children and children with developmental disabilities including ASD preferred
