care with other healthcare team members Manage nursing staff and
resources for optimal department function Develop protocols and
procedures to enhance healthcare delivery Maintain compliance with

improvements Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in clinical
and administrative nursing practices Ability to manage multiple

Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
