Job Description:
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) at HCA Healthcare, you
will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care
while coordinating the activities of the nursing staff and ensuring
adherence to the highest standards of practice. Your leadership
will ensure efficient and effective operations in patient care
areas, contributing directly to the quality of care and patient
outcomes at HCA Healthcare's diverse service locations. Direct and
evaluate nursing care within your unit, coordinating staff to
ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to implement evidence-based care plans. Monitor patient care
to comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Provide
mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional
development. Participate in the development and review of
departmental policies. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
clinical and operational software In-depth knowledge of healthcare
regulations, including HIPAA and JCAHO Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
required.
