With seven outpatient locations across Orange and Volusia counties, this organization is known for its collaborative culture, low provider turnover, and strong focus on high quality, patient centered care. Position Highlights

• Manage a manageable schedule of 8-12 patients per day
• Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+
• Occasional sick visits for established patients
• Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
• Value based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna)
• Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements

Requirements

• NCCPA certification
