We are looking for an experienced Villa Housekeeping Inspector to join our rapidly growing team! -The ideal candidate will be an experienced housekeeping inspector and ensure our villas meet brand guidelines and standards. You will liaise with our housekeeping vendor, follow the established processes, and confirm all work meets our high standards of cleanliness. -

Responsibilities:
--- Provide housekeeping inspections for our portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and standards, including pre-arrival and departure inspections.
--- Able to demonstrate ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
--- Will perform minor housekeeping and maintenance related activities as needed.
--- Will report oversight, issues, damages, etc. in a timely and efficient manner, following established processes. -
--- Will liaise with vendors in a professional, respectful manner.
--- Must work well with the Ops team, vendors and guests.
--- Proactively address any concerns, provide feedback to management and work with the team to effectively problem-solve. -
--- This position requires your ability to have a flexible working schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years' experience as a housekeeping inspector.
--- Build and maintain an exceptional knowledge of our brand and respective guidelines/standards.
--- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
--- Have a flexible schedule, able to work weekends.
--- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
--- Previous experience working with work-order software, Breezeway, is a plus.
--- Must be able to climb steps, bend, crouch, walk and stand for long period of time, kneel, etc.
