Job Description Job Description Job Title: Delivery Service Dispatcher Job Description The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Comprehensive training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor. Responsibilities Log calls and create service tickets. Schedule and dispatch service for CO2 tank deliveries. Assist with billing disputes and equipment safety issues. Manage gas refills and ensure accurate order entry. Essential Skills Customer service skills. Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic computer navigation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Environment The position is onsite at an air-conditioned office in Stuart, FL. The training schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM for three weeks of classroom training followed by one week of hands-on training. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port St. Lucie, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
