Job Description Job Title : Healthcare Analytics Manager
Location : Florida, United States (Remote) Type : Full Time Our
client is looking for a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to lead
enterprise-wide analytics initiatives that transform data into
actionable insights. This role drives strategy execution, oversees
analytics projects, and partners across the organization to improve
business performance and achieve strategic goals. Key
Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of analytics projects
and strategic initiatives Translate business objectives into
actionable solutions and data-driven insights Act as a liaison
between business and technical teams for requirements, testing,
deployment, and adoption Prioritize team deliverables and maintain
alignment with business needs Communicate findings and insights to
non-technical stakeholders Partner cross-functionally with IT,
Finance, Network Development, and other teams Mentor and develop
team members to ensure continuous growth Requirements Bachelor’s
degree in business, statistics, healthcare, or related field
(Master’s preferred) 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics,
data management, and SQL Experience with large databases, query
optimization, and stored procedures Familiarity with Python or R
and BI tools like Power BI preferred Strong understanding of
statistical and analytical techniques Leadership or project
management experience preferred Knowledge of healthcare operations,
claims, risk adjustment, and compliance is a plus Preferred Skills
Experience with financial modeling, claims pricing, and ROI
evaluation Familiarity with change management processes Ability to
mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional projects Benefits
