As a Trust and Estates Paralegal, you'll be working on estate planning and probate matters for our Estate Planning and Probate Department. We are looking for someone who strives in an attention-to-detail growth environment and who exhibits a high level of empathy. Our team values unity, honesty, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
--- Assisting in the drafting and preparation of Estate Planning Documents, including Last Will Testaments, Power of Attorneys, Living Will, Revocable Living Trust, and Irrevocable Trusts
--- Transmitting draft documents for the Attorney's Approval for clients to review, scheduling appointments to sign, greeting Estate Planning clients for final review, and witnessing signings
--- Initiating a Probate case file and gathering the requisite documents
--- Working under the supervision of the Probate Attorney to ensure a smooth administration of

Qualifications:

Certificate of completion from paralegal program recognized nationally preferred
4-year degree in management, finance, legal administration, or similar major - Master's degree is a plus
Leadership, decision-making, management, and communication skills are necessary in this position
Standard computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
--- Prior experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in an Estate Planning or Probate Firm
