Oversee the daily workflow of the teammembers.Resolve workflow
Reports To: Supervisor - Mortgage Processing, Manager – Mortgage
Supervises Directly:Work Flow of Processing Group
Supervises Indirectly: N/A
1. * Supervision ofworkflows and work queues.
2. *Maintaindaily, weekly and monthly production reports.
3. *Coordinateactivities of the department with the Supervisor /
Manager to include work flowmonitoring, process improvement,
training, reporting and special projects.
4. *Mustlead, coach, motivate and develop reviewers to deliver
high quality reports toclients and to achieve or exceed set
5. *Monitorand evaluate staff performance, attendance and also
generate reports asnecessary.
6. *Provideresolutions to complex escalated queries and
complaints from external andinternal customers.
7. *Abilityto communicate effectively (both verbal and written
communication) withmultiple internal and external stakeholder.
8. *Maintainthe security, confidentiality, integrity and
availability of information storedin the SOURCEPOINT’s computer
networks and data communications infrastructure.All users of

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;
Job Related Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years
mortgageprocessing or customer service experience.
Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of SME or Team
Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods of
time.Ability to use computer keyboard and viewmonitor for extended
periods of time.
Position Requirements: Must be able to follow
establishedguidelines to accomplish tasks and solve routine
problems, referringnon-routine matters to supervisor.
Travel Requirements: May have to travel based on
Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Has an overallunderstanding of
the work environment and process, with an intermediateknowledge of
the organization and a intermediate level of technical
skillsrequired to complete assignments. Ability to plan, organize
and schedule ownwork.Good business or technicalvocabulary.Detailed
knowledge ofcompany operations, organization, and personnel.
Proficiency with computers andrelated office equipment.Must
maintaina working level of knowledge regarding mortgage concepts
