Corporate Sr Trainer II - (20003963)DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for designing, facilitating, and presenting training. Designs and delivers ongoing training as identified by corporate and client needs to entry level Processors, Junior Processors and Senior ProcessorsResponsibilities:* Design and execute training on mortgage loan origination systems (Lake wood / EDMS / RealEc, Loan Care, Fiserv, Processor Dashboard, Encompass, etc)* Design and execute training on mortgage loan origination industry specific training needs* Ensure the smooth transition and ramp up of all new hires once they are released from Mortgage 101 training into production by ensuring OJT is designed, scheduled and executed.* Testing and Certification of all new hires at completion of training* Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them to BU Head* Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices* Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.* Work closely with department heads to insure scheduling and communication of training platforms and schedules* Work closely with the On-Boarding Team, Sales Management and Operations Management* Provide live demo on utilizing systems, tools, job aids and quick reference guides to perform day to day processing responsibilities followed by side by sides.* Conduct tollgate reviews for all new hires released from training and draw out a ramp plan that aligns with the predefined ramp goals for new hires.* Walk the processor through a live file with the End to End processing a loan* Train processors on improving welcome call quality / internal QC scores based on feedback from TL / Manager.* Need to be conversant with processes changes and providing feedback and updates to the team.* Manage a smaller pipeline of loans in order to ensure the individual is aware of latest issues and challenges on loans.Relocation Support AvailableSupervisory Responsibilities:The Trainer position holds no supervisory responsibilityQualificationsRequirements:* Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience* Knowledge of the mortgage industry * Proven experience as a Training Manager* Experience using both traditional and modern training methods, as well as customizing training packages* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Dynamic, self-starting, ownership of entire training portfolio and schedule* Ability to deliver effective results* Strong writing skills and ability to prepare reports and training manuals* Good computer skills and experience with Mortgage Loan Origination Systems and other industry-related platforms* Sound judgment and decision-making skills* Timely communication and response times according to department standardsPhysical Requirements:* Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time* Bend, stoop and stretch as needed* Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and or ambulating (Employee has some control over the length of time)* Prolonged use of computers, telephone, and other standard office equipment which includes reading, writing, listening or speaking* Fluency in English language (written, oral, spoken)Travel Requirements:20-30%* Must be able to travel to other offices* Must be able to travel for full weeks when required* Must hold a valid driver's license which the state in which you reside in* Must have a positive driving record* Must be able to fly* Must be able to drive* All candidates who have received a written offer of employment will be required to undergo a company paid drug test.
