Job Title: Lead, HR Business Partner
HR lead supporting large populations geographically dispersed
across various locations and states. A true strategic partner in
driving business results as a member of the HR leadership team;
partnering with executives, leaders, and employee teams to
pro-actively address the human capital objectives and needs of the
business to include talent acquisition, selection, development,
compensation planning, employee relations, organization
effectiveness, change leadership, employee engagement & retention
and communication; understanding the client area's strategic plans
and initiatives in order to provide value added
+ Coaching leadership on matters concerning development of staff
to enhance effectiveness and potential. Shifting the emphasis from
resolving issues for others to building leadership capabilities to
address and resolve both human and technical aspects of the work
+ Involved with the organization's talent through participation
in the recruiting process, making recommendations regarding hires
and participating in talent development and succession planning;
actively engaging with identified key talent.
+ Partner with client groups to build and execute upon talent
plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives and
+ Analyze data and make recommendations to the management team
for continuous improvement.
+ Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives
within and outside the HR function as assigned.
+ 5+ years experience driving HR strategy in the following
areas: performance management, employee engagement and retention,
staffing, compensation, diversity/inclusion, leadership coaching
and development and succession planning.
+ Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience. Graduate Degree
with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
+ 2+ years experience as an HRBP, preferably in a Matrix
Preferred Additional Skills and Experience:
+ MBA or Master's Degree
+ Experience supporting geographically dispersed organizations
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly
adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic
+ Strong business and HR acumen, including strong
problem-solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiative - has
a track record on delivering commitments.
+ Ability to influence, coach and consult with all levels of the
organization in a positive and effective manner
