ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second-largest AAA club in North America.Compensation:The Auto Club Group offers competitive compensation and benefits packages including a base salary with performance-based incentives; medical/dental/vision insurance, pension, 401(k), generous time off, a complimentary AAA Membership, and much more!Responsibilities* Lead research planning for the market, consumer, and UX research* Analyze Voice of Customer data from a variety of sources to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, perceptions, and attitudes* Develop journey maps in order to identify customer pain points and other improvement opportunities* Drive organizational change through initiatives that improve technology, people, or processes in order to improve customer experiences* Driving alignment on priorities across stakeholders and executive leaders* Provide thought-leadership on metrics to track and enable reporting accordingly* Craft a compelling story that helps carry the experience strategy vision through to implementation* Remain current with new technologies, frameworks, and trends; advise the enterprise and pursue the latest opportunities that will improve CX* Build strong relationships with leaders across the organizationRequirementsEducation:* Bachelor's Degree in Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Analytics, or another related field.Experience:* 5 or more years experience as an Experience Designer/Strategist or 10 or more years in a customer strategy-related role* Experience in CX consulting at thought-leading firms such as Accenture, McKinsey, Gartner, or Forrester a plus.Knowledge and Skills:* Customer experience strategy and experience design* Collaborating with cross-functional team members to guide strategy into implementation* Helping individuals and teams understand and embrace human-centered design principles* Data analysis and an ability to derive insights and recommendations from* Effectively communicating ideas, concepts, and visions to peers and leadersImportant Note: The above statements describe the principle and essential functions, but not all functions that may be inherent in the job.
