Essential duties include, but are not limited to:Ensuring guests are wearing appropriate facial coverings and monitor those who are actively eating drinking or smoking for compliance.Ensuring guests are appropriately distanced while enjoying any gaming and/or entertainment activities on the property. Respond and provide assistance to all "Code Red" (Officer needing assistance) radio transmissions.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma.At least 2 years of proven security experience or similar.Must be at least 21 years of age. Formal civilian-related security training is preferred.Refined crowd management and problem-solving abilities.Capacity to be stern, as required.Excellent verbal communication abilities.Integrity and professionalism.Work Environment:Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and/or walk around the property. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
