Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain the whole IT infrastructure:
  • Handle the Operation, Application systems and MS SQL databases
  • Installation, configuration and optimization of the Client solution components
  • Work with the subcontractors and partners to solve any issues in operation
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance thus ensuring the availability of the systems
  • Support the Project Manager for maintenance of the system part of the solutions
  • Support and maintain the whole systems and solutions:
  • Manage customers support requests and perform all options defined in the contract (i.e. corrective & preventive maintenance, call reviews, etc.)
  • Establish in-depth incidents investigation of implementation of the solutions
  • Define action plans to solve incidents with a temporary/ complete solution developed within Client or Licensee's support organization
  • Provide details to Support Level 3 for incidents, and interventions on the product level
  • Ensure a regular internal reporting concerning the incidents and account status
  • Update and maintain the project documentations
  • Prepare and train customer for systems and solutions administration and maintenance
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years in IT System Engineering and Networking
    • Previous experience in Project Environment and System Infrastructure is an advantage
    • Knowledge of Server hardware and Operating System administration
    • Knowledge of networking protocol TCP/IP and LAN administration, back-end software such as MS-SQL Server, JBOSS and Tomcat application server, Cryptography (symmetric and asymmetric) and Public Key Infrastructure
    • Good understanding of Windows 2016 Hyper-V Servers, Windows cluster servers, Windows Active Directory user management and group policy administration
    • Conducting Disaster Recovery exercise and DR drill, SAN, Backup solutions, IT-infra monitoring solutions
    • Administration Network switches L2 and Load balancer devices "
