Essential Functions:Manage technical subject matter experts through regular interactions, development of technical documentation and coordinating design review activities.Generate and review Subcontractor statements of work and requirementsAssist with the development of top-level specification and manage requirement flow down to lower level specificationsManage technical risks and opportunities with internal and external customers; work with technical team to identify, mitigate and close program risksAbility to lead teams in the role of Chief Systems Engineer (CSE) from development through productionAbility to interface with Customer organization to drive understanding, agreement, closure though formal documentation of the technical baselineOwn the technical baseline and drive execution of the programQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.Current TS/SCI Security Clearance or above; US Citizenship required5+ years of Systems Engineering experience on development programs including requirements derivation and risk managementExperience with subcontractor statements of work (SOW) and requirements generationPreferred Additional Skills:Active TS/SCI with FS PolyExperience with manufacturing processes and tools5+ Years Chief Systems Engineer experience on large development and manufacturing programs5+ years of Semiconductor Fabrication Clean Room ExperienceDemonstrated experience with Model Based Systems EngineeringExperience with DOORS, Jama, or equivalent requirements management softwareSKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS [note: bold skills and certification are required]TS/SCI
