Hiring Full Time Brand Ambassadors for our Solar CompanyEntry level role / $15 an hourAble to start immediately if hired!Our company is partnered with Legacy Solar and a big box retail store to promote the education and sale of solar systems. -We help customers cut their monthly utility bills and increase their home's value, all while helping the environment by using renewable energy. In this role you would be responsible for approaching customers in person inside the store to talk and educate them on the benefits of switching to solar. You would discuss our specific products and services, and qualify and schedule them with a free consultation with one of our sales consultants to learn more. These appointments provide leads to our sales consultants. This role is great for outgoing candidates who would love to talk with people all day, as that's the daily responsibility of this role. This is a great entry level position to solar, sales, and the home improvement field. We just asked that candidates be outgoing, self motivated, and excited to learn about solar!BENEFITS

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products -through training- no prior knowledge necessary Provide excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all timesApproach potential customers and discuss with them the benefits of switching to solarQualify and sign up customers to sign up for a free consultation appointmentStrive to turn every interaction into an appointment set (No daily requirements for number of appointments set) Utilize technology for scheduling and documenting all activitiesCommunicate weekly with the General Manager on activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers as reflected in our systemsREQUIREMENTS
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required (We provide an extensive paid training program)High school diploma or GED requiredFriendly personality, must enjoy talking to othersExcellent verbal and written communication skills -Must have self motivation to hit appointment setting goalsMust be able to pass pre-employment tests, including background checkMust be able to stand for multiple hours a day Must be able to work 100% in person Must be able to work full time Able to work individually and in a team environment Job Type:
