Read inspection reports. Use tools and equipment to perform an inspection. Inspect houses, apartments, commercial buildings, and other structures. Plan an inspection route and schedule. Perform regular inspections. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards. Write reports: Inspections and reports must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.$400 a Day or More If you are organized and proficient at Home Inspections, you can earn $400 a day or more without the administrative headache of acquiring leads, booking inspections, and billing clients. We have a backlog of inspection bookings waiting for you to conduct Wind Mitigation, Four Point, and Roof Certification Inspections today.Requirements (No Exceptions): Current/Active State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Certificate of Licensed Inspector Level 2 Criminal Background Check, along with fingerprinting Drug Test 3+ Years of Home Inspection Experience Wind Mitigation Certification Coursework Completed (i.e., InterNACHI Certificate or other notable certification) Proof of Workers' Compensation Coverage or Worker's Compensation Exemption (simple to get.
