Essential Functions:

• Technical leadership of heterogenous blends of custom exquisite embedded hardware and enterprise-level infrastructures and platforms using cloud computing technologies into highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and seamless mission solutions
• Manage subcontractors with requirements and demonstration of compliance
• Develop requirements and verification plans while positively interacting with customers to solve technical problems and identify areas to improve their work
• Key contributor to the technical integrity of the system through the product/program full life cycle including proposals, design, integration & test, verification, and sustainment
• Walk both sides of the V; decompose requirements to drive a risk mitigated development plan, oversea system integration, and lead requirements-based verification using test threads
• Collaborate with teams of Engineers with technical, cost, and schedule accountability Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Electrical, or similar Engineering discipline with a minimum of 4+ years of prior relevant experience - OR - Graduate Degree in Systems, Electrical, or similar Engineering discipline with a minimum of 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience with managing subcontractors, vendors, and/or internal stakeholders with requirements and demonstration of compliance
  • Experience with requirements management
  • Experience deriving requirements
  • Experience creating requirements test verification matrices
  • Experience with DOORs or equivalent requirements management tool Preferred Additional Skills:
    • Ability to generate Requirements Verification Test Matrix (RTVM), review results from qualification tests and work closely with subcontracts, program and customer to ensure power supply meets design criteria
    • Ability to review qualification test results and evaluate compliance to system level requirements
    • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for measuring program performance
    • Experience developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule
    • Experience with multi-level security or information assurance requirements
