Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilities Coordinator to manage
utility accounts and ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with utility vendors and service providers
Set up and close utility accounts across the dealership network
Audit and maintain a utility spend database
Required Qualifications
Experience with utility account management or Accounts Payable
processes preferred
High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and
Word
Experience in billing and collections is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
