Hiring Full Time Solar Sales Associates -Lead generate inside a big box retail storeEntry Level Sales / $15 an hour ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our firm is partnered with Legacy Solar and a big box retail store to provide customers an easy opportunity to learn about Legacy's products and services in person while they shop. Solar not only benefits the environment, but adds value to the home and lowers the utility bill.In this role candidates will be representing Legacy Solar to lead generate for our professional sales consultants. You would be approaching and engaging with guests inside the store to educate them on the benefits of switching to solar. The goal is to sign them up for a free appointment with one of our sales consultants to learn more. -In this role you will not be selling anything, but providing customer service and best appointment setting practices. -This role is best for outgoing candidates who love talking to people. No prior sales experience is necessary. We provide side by side paid training, and just ask for candidates to be excited, professional, and goal driven. -JOB -FUNCTIONS:

• Greets customers; provides solar program information, and -explains the benefits of switching to solar
• Encourages guests to sign up for a free solar consultation appointment
• Use computer/office equipment to enter customer data and appointment info into system -
• Provides an uplifting and positive experience for every customer -
• Strives to turn every potential consumer into an appointment set
• Uphold an excellent form of professionalism every day
• Eager to learn more about the brand's products and services when new opportunities arise -
• Performs such other duties and accepts such other responsibilities as are necessary and appropriate for the efficient operation of the store.BENEFITS

    • High school diploma / GED required
    • Customer service experience preferred -
    • Background check is required
    • Some weekend availability required -
    • Able to work full time in person -
    • Comfortable engaging and approaching guests all day
    • Excited to learn about solar -
    • Ability to operate general office equipment.
    • Ability to work independently in the absence of a direct supervisor.
