Urgently Hiring Customer Service and Sales Representatives! -Availability to start ASAP/ Flexible Scheduling/$15 an hourWe are actively seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team! Solar is one of the fastest growing industries, not only switching to solar benefits the environment, it lowers the utility bill and provides value to the home. We are hiring for multiple retail locations in the area to represent Legacy Solar as customer service and sales representative.In this role you will be trained on Legacy's goods and services to approach potential customers and explain the benefits of switching to solar. Sounds good right? On top of explaining the benefits of switching to solar you will also be trained on how to encourage qualified potential customers to set up a free appointment with one of our sales consultants to learn more. This provides leads for our sales consultants, and aids them in selling the best solar systems to our customers.Requirements:

Availability for full time in person employmentCandidates must have a high school diploma or GEDMust have reliable transportation Customer service experience preferredHave a passion for talking and engaging with people on a daily basisHave the ability to hit individual and team goalsHave the ability to retain knowledge on our products and servicesMust be able to stand for multiple hours at a timeResponsibilities:

Approach and converse with potential customers about the benefits of switching - to solar, and how our products and services can be beneficial to themQualify potential customers for one of our solar systemsSign qualified potential customers up for an appointment with one of our sales consultants -Enter customer information, current utility bill, and appointment information into computer database -Strive to turn every interaction into an appointment set -Maintain a positive energy and professionalism at all times -Maintaining knowledge on all our products and services to give customers the most accurate informationOther responsibilities may occur as necessary -Why Join Us?
