Hiring Full Time Sales Associates -In person position in a big box retail storeEntry Level Sales/$15 an hour/Availability to start ASAP -We are actively seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team! Solar is one of the fastest growing industries, not only switching to solar benefits the environment, it also lowers the utility bill and provides value to the home. We are hiring for multiple retail locations in the area to represent Legacy Solar as a solar sales associate.In this role candidates will be representing Legacy Solar to lead generate for our professional sales consultants. You would be approaching and engaging with guests inside the store to educate them on the benefits of switching to solar. The goal is to sign them up for a free appointment with one of our sales consultants to learn more. -In this role you will not be selling anything, but providing customer service and best appointment setting practices. -Qualifications:

• High school diploma / GED required
• Customer service experience preferred -
• Able to work full time in person -
• Comfortable engaging and approaching guests all day
• Excited to learn about solar -
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Ability to work independently in the absence of a direct supervisor.
• Ability to hit individual and team goals
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and personnel; make decisions; work under pressure in a detailed, organized mannerResponsibilities:
  • Greets customers; provides solar program information, and -explains the benefits of switching to solar
  • Encourages guests to sign up for a free solar consultation appointment
  • Use computer/office equipment to enter customer data and appointment info into system -
  • Provides an uplifting and positive experience for every customer -
  • Strives to turn every potential consumer into an appointment set
  • Uphold an excellent form of professionalism every day
  • Eager to learn more about the brand's products and services when new opportunities arise -
