Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a high-level Sales Leader with direct solar industry experience to build, manage, and expand our solar sales team. This individual must have a proven track record in solar sales leadership and team development. Key Responsibilities Recruit and lead a team of solar sales representatives Develop and execute solar-specific sales strategies Manage sales pipelines and closing ratios Oversee training and onboarding for new solar reps Ensure compliance with solar regulations and financing programs Drive revenue growth and territory expansion Qualifications Required: Solar sales experience (3 years) Required: Team management experience (2 years leading solar reps) Proven track record of exceeding solar sales quotas Strong knowledge of solar financing, dealer networks, and permitting processes Door-to-door solar experience highly preferred Preferred Experience building a solar team from the ground up Established network within the solar industry
