Job Description:
A high volume new and used car dealership in Central Florida is
seeking a driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead a winning team
and take our operation to the next level. You will set the tone on
the showroom floor every day—driving performance, developing
people, and ensuring customers enjoy a fast, transparent buying
experience. What you’ll do Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team
of sales professionals (new and used) to hit and exceed monthly
volume and gross targets. Desk deals: structure competitive offers,
appraise trades, support F&I, and help salespeople close.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and adjust the game plan
based on performance and market trends. Partner with F&I,
service, and marketing to deliver a seamless, customer?friendly
process. Recruit, train, and develop salespeople through ongoing
coaching and regular sales meetings. Maintain high standards of
customer satisfaction, ethics, and compliance. What you bring 3–5
years of successful automotive sales experience and 1–2 years in a
leadership or desk role. Proven record of leading a team to
consistent volume and gross results. Strong coaching,
communication, and conflict?resolution skills. Comfort with CRM,
follow?up processes, and using data to drive decisions.
